CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Our Cancellation and Refund Policy forms part of and must be read in conjunction with the Website Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change this Policy at any time.

1. REFUND POLICY.
Since we offer downloadable and non-tangible digital products, it will not be possible to apply any return or refund.
However, in the determination to achieve customer satisfaction, if you have any problems with the product, you can contact us at hello@fappeando.com using our Contact Form. A refund or alternative solution will be issued at our sole discretion if any of the following circumstances apply:

  • Non-delivery of electronic product – download problems due to server problems, caused by the client’s email service provider or difficulties in decompressing. Non-delivery claims must be filed within 7 days from the date of purchase. A digital product is considered received and downloaded if no claim was filed. For such requests, Fappeando.com issues refunds within 7 days from the date of purchase.
  • “Not as described” digital product – such issues must be reported within 7 days from the date of purchase. Clear and detailed evidence must be provided with proof that the digital product purchased and delivered “is not as described” on the Fappeando.com website. All objections based solely on false customer expectations or desires are not eligible for refunds.
  • Major or Critical Defects – Fappeando.com checks all digital products before launch. However, unforeseen defects may arise from time to time. Claims for such errors must be filed within 7 days from the date of purchase. Fappeando.com reserves the right to correct such errors within 3 business days. If no remedy is provided, the customer is entitled to receive a full refund of the purchase the next day.

“Major Defect: Any condition that adversely affects the merchantability and saleability of the product or adversely affects its required form, fit, or function and is likely to result in the end user returning it to the source of purchase for replacement or refund. ” “Critical: Any condition found that presents the possibility of causing injury or damage, or endangering the life or safety of the end user of the product or others in the vicinity of its use.”

2. METHODS OF PAYMENT.
We will refund your amount to the original payment method, once it has been processed.

3. REFUND CYCLE.
The entire refund process normally takes 5-15 business days from the date of confirmation of the refund.
